The Assistant Manager, Volunteer Engagement and Community Support is responsible for providing support, coaching and training for volunteers in their various roles. This role also connects with the patrons at 50 Kent, both customers and donors, providing a meaningful community connection.
The Relief Manager will give direction in sorting and processing donations, organizing and nurturing volunteers, and building and enforcing a pleasant and safe atmosphere as needed at Thrift on Kent. Thrift on Kent seeks to be a friendly, caring presence in the community, showing value and respect to all. The Relief Manager may be required to work Saturdays plus 1-2 days a week as needed….
